In response to some recent questions about adventure racing resources in the San Francisco Bay Area, here are some useful items that come to mind; also, thanks to the BAAR members who sent in suggestions!

The Bay Area Orienteering Club
Has meets almost weekly across the Bay Area, and each meet typically has an introductory training session available.
